About the role
CME Group operates a global derivatives marketplace. The Network Operations Engineer monitors and troubleshoots network infrastructure, responds to incidents, and maintains service availability.
What you'll do
- Monitor network infrastructure, services, consoles, and alerts
- Investigate incidents and coordinate response with internal teams and providers
- Update, escalate, and resolve network tickets
- Perform network health checks and maintain uptime against service levels
- Implement standard network changes and assist with migrations and upgrades
- Commission and decommission network equipment, services, and circuits
