About the role

What you'll do
- Lead and manage Bangalore cyber defense teams
- Act as local incident commander during major security incidents
- Coordinate operational handoffs across US, Bangalore, and UK teams
- Oversee local hiring, vendor relationships, and operations budget
- Guide execution of security automations, threat intelligence integrations, and detections
- Run post-incident reviews and turn lessons into procedural updates
