About the role
Allegis Global Solutions helps organizations manage their workforces through workforce management, procurement, and consulting services. You will coordinate supplier vetting, onboarding, documentation, compliance, and progress tracking across programs.
What you'll do
- Manage supplier vetting and onboarding from request through completion
- Review supplier documents for accuracy and program compliance
- Follow up on pending supplier actions and resolve onboarding blockers
- Maintain supplier records, trackers, dashboards, and reports
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
- Support audits, profile clean-up, and process improvements
