Allegis Global Solutions provides managed service provider and talent solutions for businesses. The Program Specialist will coordinate prospective-client onboarding, support clients, track program progress and manage related communications.

• Coordinate program activities, timelines and deliverables for prospective clients
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and address inquiries
• Manage onboarding documentation, system access and orientation activities
• Track progress and maintain records in ticketing systems and CRM platforms
• Prepare status reports, meeting summaries and client communications
• Escalate issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them
