M3 provides technology, research and related services to the healthcare and life sciences industries. The Operations Specialist coordinates recruitment sampling and project execution for market research studies, supporting project managers and partners.
What you'll do
- Build sampling plans for allocated research projects
- Coordinate project setup, fieldwork, partners and translations
- Test survey links and troubleshoot link-related issues
- Track recruitment progress, timelines and project challenges
- Reconcile project counts with partners for invoicing
- Coordinate client calls, kickoffs and recruitment updates
