About the role
Applied Materials develops and services equipment for semiconductor chips and advanced displays. You will support regional order management, create quotations, track shipments and respond to customer inquiries.
What you'll do
- Create quotations and opportunities in the ERP system under supervision
- Correct customer and sales data as requested
- Analyze and manage shipment tracking
- Handle customer inquiries by phone, email and fax
- Escalate customer requirements that are not being met
- Support the Global Order Management Team administrator
