About the role
Okta provides identity security infrastructure for organizations adopting AI and other technologies. The role will optimize APJ partner sales operations through forecasting, performance reporting, strategic initiatives, and improved workflows.
What you'll do
- Lead weekly partner pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Build reporting packages and review sales effectiveness metrics
- Evaluate partner representative ramp times, capacity, and productivity
- Define operational metrics and refine partner sales policies
- Provide insights for partner coverage, planning, and market expansion
- Improve sales reporting systems and automate analysis with AI workflows
