PMO - ERP Delivery Lead - Senior Associate

PwC India provides advisory and technology services to clients across industries. The ERP Delivery Lead coordinates implementation workstreams, tracks delivery plans and risks, and supports testing, cutover, and go-live readiness.

• Own delivery scope, schedule, budget, quality, and outcomes
• Manage project plans, milestones, RAID, dependencies, and governance reporting
• Coordinate functional, technical, data, integration, testing, cutover, and change workstreams
• Drive sprint and release planning, execution tracking, and delivery transparency
• Support SIT/UAT readiness, defect triage, cutover planning, and go-live
• Manage change requests, scope impacts, escalations, and mitigation actions
