PMO - ERP Delivery Lead - Senior Associate

PwC India provides consulting and professional services to clients across industries and geographies. You will lead ERP delivery workstreams, coordinate plans and stakeholders, and support testing, cutover, and go-live readiness.

• Own delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and outcomes
• Create project plans, milestones, RAID tracking, and governance reporting
• Coordinate functional, technical, data, integration, testing, cutover, and change workstreams
• Drive sprint and release planning and track execution
• Manage stakeholder decisions, escalations, change requests, and scope impacts
• Prepare SIT/UAT readiness, defect triage, cutover plans, and go-live support
