About the role
Fractal.ai's AI services team delivers artificial intelligence solutions for clients. The Principal Data Scientist will lead client projects, develop AI solutions, manage data scientists, and support business development.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end AI solution design and delivery for client projects
- Guide project teams through development, validation, deployment, and monitoring
- Manage data scientists and senior data scientists, supporting career growth and project utilization
- Partner with sales teams on new and renewal business development
- Translate client and internal requirements into AI solutions
- Optimize models and code and prepare datasets for model training
