About the role
Cogentiq I2C is Fractal's agentic AI product for invoice-to-cash workflows. You will lead its AI engineering team while designing, evaluating, and coding dependable agents and machine learning models.
What you'll do
- Design agent decomposition, orchestration, tools, and memory strategies
- Build agents across collections, cash application, deductions, invoicing, and credit risk
- Create evaluation sets and regression suites for agent quality
- Implement confidence thresholds, human escalation, audit trails, and traceable reasoning
- Select models and manage workflow cost and latency
- Coach AI engineers and build the most challenging agents
