About the role
Fractal Analytics provides analytics and AI solutions for business problems. This engineer will design, build, evaluate, and deploy production-grade LLM and NLP systems for client use cases.
What you'll do
- Design and implement solutions using large language models
- Build scalable AI systems, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows
- Develop reusable AI libraries, frameworks, and components
- Evaluate and improve system reliability, accuracy, latency, and cost
- Contribute to code reviews, design reviews, and junior team mentorship
- Support client discussions, proofs of concept, and proposal development
