About the role
Motorola Solutions builds connected technologies for public safety and centralized managed support operations. You will define enterprise monitoring standards and engineer event-management platforms, integrations, and automation to improve alert quality and incident response.
What you'll do
- Lead enterprise initiatives to improve monitoring and reduce incident volumes
- Establish alert optimization standards across infrastructure and application domains
- Implement and scale Oracle Assure1 or Unified Assurance architectures
- Develop event correlation rules, triggers, and enrichment configurations
- Integrate telemetry and monitoring data into a unified event-management interface
- Build automation workflows connecting monitoring tools with ITSM platforms
