Principal Software Engineer

Equiniti provides shareholder, pension, remediation and credit technology, with its India team supporting fintech services for global markets. The Principal Software Engineer guides technical practices and architecture while planning and delivering full-stack software development.

• Plan and drive software construction activities across development stages
• Develop and maintain software processes, standards and best practices
• Promote engineering quality through analysis tools, control gates and peer reviews
• Evaluate emerging technologies and drive adoption within the squad
• Mentor engineers and assist with technical challenges
• Contribute to technical roadmaps, architecture documentation and technical debt prioritisation
