About the role
Gain provides AI-powered research and human-verified private markets intelligence to private equity, advisory and consulting teams. The associate manages regional research teams, quality reviews, recruitment, process improvements and workflow automation.
What you'll do
- Manage analysts updating company profiles and research data across regions
- Deliver regional research targets and maintain data quality
- Review team research and address quality issues through training
- Support recruitment and develop team members
- Identify process improvements and lead data initiatives
- Drive technical initiatives to automate workflows
