About the role
Gain provides a platform combining private-market intelligence, AI-powered workflows and proprietary data for investors, advisors and corporates. You will research, validate and update M&A and ownership transaction data for its Private Equity Intelligence platform.
What you'll do
- Monitor financial news sources, company releases and market data for transactions
- Research and validate M&A deals and ownership changes
- Enter deal information into the platform accurately
- Check and update records to maintain data quality
- Support improvements to workflow processes
