Procurement Intern

Vizmo provides smart workplace and visitor management solutions to help businesses streamline workplace operations. The intern will support procurement, vendor coordination, inventory, and logistics activities.

• Assist with purchase requests, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
• Coordinate quotations, pricing, deliveries, and order status with vendors
• Maintain purchase trackers, procurement records, and inventory data in Excel
• Track shipments and follow up on deliveries and material dispatch
• Update purchase and inventory details in the ERP system
• Monitor stock availability and maintain procurement documentation
