About the role
Vizmo supports physical security and ELV systems, including CCTV, access control and fire alarms, at client sites. The Maintenance Engineer will maintain, troubleshoot and monitor these systems and support installations, service requests and site operations.
What you'll do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ELV and security systems
- Troubleshoot faults and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs
- Monitor system health and escalate issues proactively
- Support installations, upgrades, firmware updates and configuration changes
- Coordinate vendors for spare parts, AMC support and technical escalations
- Maintain service records, configurations and asset inventories
