About the role
Groww provides financial services through a multi-product platform serving customers across India. The procurement specialist will source suppliers, negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships and oversee purchasing across several business functions.
What you'll do
- Develop procurement strategies to optimize costs and supply chain efficiency
- Evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts and purchasing terms
- Manage supplier performance, relationships and issue resolution
- Monitor inventory and implement inventory management strategies
- Report procurement metrics and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage procurement spending for Admin, HR, IT and Marketing
