About the role
3M develops products and solutions across multiple industries, with this role supporting its Global Metals Category team. The specialist will lead sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, negotiations, and cost and risk reduction for metals procurement.

- Own procurement category strategies across 3M businesses
- Select suppliers and manage supplier relationships
- Drive cost reduction and should-cost modelling
- Implement dual-sourcing and external supply strategies
- Negotiate supplier contracts and complex agreements
- Improve sourcing processes and reduce category risk
