Product Program Manager RAD and Change Management

• Own field and factory performance for RAD Tubes and Generators
• Analyze reliability data and identify product risks and improvement opportunities
• Lead customer complaint investigations, failure analysis and corrective actions
• Set reliability targets for new product introductions
• Chair Engineering Change Control Board reviews and drive compliant changes
• Maintain design control and risk management documentation
