About the role
Remidio develops AI-driven eye-care technology and ophthalmic equipment for disease screening and diagnosis. The Production Manager will lead manufacturing operations, improve processes, ensure regulatory compliance and quality, and deliver production targets.
What you'll do
- Develop manufacturing strategies using lean principles
- Apply Six Sigma to improve processes and product quality
- Lead production teams and coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams
- Ensure manufacturing compliance with FDA, CE, and ISO 13485 requirements
- Manage production schedules, inventory availability, and delivery targets
- Lead adoption of manufacturing technologies and safety practices
