About the role
Remidio develops AI-enabled ophthalmic equipment and diagnostics for preventive healthcare. This engineer will design and validate mechanical components and systems for medical devices from concept through commercial release.
What you'll do
- Design mechanical systems, components, and manufacturing drawings using CAD tools
- Develop prototypes and apply DFM and DFA principles
- Participate in DFMEA, risk assessment, verification, and validation testing
- Prepare bills of materials, work instructions, and engineering documentation
- Investigate mechanical product quality issues and support manufacturing teams
