About the role
Turner & Townsend delivers project and programme management services for major developments. The Project Director will lead a large greenfield commercial development from design through commissioning and handover.
What you'll do
- Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of the development
- Establish project objectives, milestones, budgets, schedules, and execution strategies
- Coordinate design teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
- Manage a multidisciplinary project team of more than 20 professionals
- Oversee project controls, quality, safety, risks, and statutory approvals
- Manage vendor selection, contracts, procurement schedules, and performance
