About the role
Wolken supports ITSM and CMS project portfolios. This Project Manager will coordinate delivery, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, track project health, and communicate with internal teams and clients.
What you'll do
- Coordinate ITSM and CMS projects from planning through delivery
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and help resolve sprint bottlenecks
- Maintain Jira boards, roadmaps, and ticketing workflows
- Build project reporting dashboards and trackers in Excel and Jira
- Share project updates with engineering teams and external clients
- Identify project risks and support mitigation planning
