About the role
Deconstruct is a direct-to-consumer skincare brand developing science-backed skincare products. The Assistant Manager – Quality oversees quality systems, product releases, compliance, documentation, audits, and investigations across manufacturing sites.
What you'll do
- Oversee quality assurance for raw materials, packaging, bulk, and finished products
- Approve goods receipt and product releases against quality standards
- Maintain quality documentation, batch records, and compliance reports
- Lead internal, external, and regulatory audits
- Investigate deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Monitor packaging quality and travel to manufacturing or audit sites
