• Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and financial presentations
• Lead month-end close, including accruals, adjustments, and reconciliations
• Drive financial planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis
• Analyze variances and recommend actions to leadership
• Build financial models for revenue, costs, and profitability
• Partner with business teams on financial insights and growth initiatives
