About the role
Deconstruct is a science-backed skincare brand selling high-performance products to consumers. The Marketplace Associate will manage marketplace operations, drive sales, improve product visibility, and coordinate inventory and performance initiatives.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day performance across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms
- Optimize product catalogues, listings, A+ content, and search visibility
- Plan campaigns and promotions with marketplace account managers and internal teams
- Monitor inventory, shipments, and purchase orders to reduce stock-outs
- Analyze business reports and support sales forecasting and demand planning
- Track promotional performance and coordinate resolution of operational challenges
