About the role

Everpure develops enterprise data storage and platform products spanning software, hardware, firmware, and cloud infrastructure. The manager will lead Bangalore quality engineers and drive test automation, validation strategy, and release readiness for FlashArray foundation capabilities.

What you'll do

Hire, mentor, and coach quality and automation engineers in Bangalore
Define quality roadmaps, risk-based coverage, and release-readiness criteria
Integrate automated testing and shift-left signals into CI/CD pipelines
Modernize test frameworks, testbeds, and failure-triage workflows
Use quality metrics and root-cause analysis to prevent recurring defects
