About the role
Elanco develops animal health products and services to prevent and treat disease in farm animals and pets. This role partners with R&D site leadership on strategy, communications, organizational health, governance and site operations.

- Translate global and site strategy into local initiatives
- Craft executive briefings, leader emails and site communications
- Lead organizational change management and employee engagement initiatives
- Project manage operational initiatives and maintain the site portfolio dashboard
- Coordinate leadership meetings, visitor logistics and site operations
