SME - Vistex Customer & O2C

Elanco develops products and services to prevent and treat disease in farm animals and pets. This role leads Vistex customer data solutions and supports SAP Order-to-Cash processes, delivery, testing and production support.

• Maintain Vistex customer data and SAP O2C solution stability
• Design and implement Vistex customer solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA
• Lead requirements, configuration, testing and deployment for Vistex initiatives
• Support O2C enhancements across orders, pricing, delivery and billing
• Resolve complex issues and coordinate root-cause analysis
• Document changes and transfer knowledge to business and support teams
