Haleon develops consumer health products across everyday health categories. The R&D Tech Solution Lead will design and build secure, scalable applications and cloud solutions, support regulated deployments, and guide engineering practices.

• Design and implement scalable technology solutions across R&D
• Develop software components using Azure, React, Java, and JavaScript
• Resolve application bugs, integration issues, and performance concerns
• Apply AI capabilities to R&D use cases responsibly
• Support GxP validation documentation, audits, and compliance
• Coordinate deployments, incident resolution, and UAT with stakeholders
