Senior AI Governance Specialist

Northern Trust Asset Management provides investment management services to investors worldwide. You will operationalize AI governance, assess use-case and model risks, monitor controls, and train teams in responsible AI practices.

• Maintain AI inventories with linked source data and governance requirements
• Assess AI use cases and models for risk and required controls
• Support model validation, monitoring, issue tracking and incident resolution
• Develop AI governance guidance, templates and training for employees
• Monitor AI telemetry, dashboards and guardrails and report emerging risks
• Coordinate governance evidence and actions across technical, risk and business teams
