ServiceNow - System Administrator

Northern Trust provides wealth management, asset servicing, asset management and banking services. The administrator will support, secure and improve ServiceNow environments, releases, integrations and automated testing.

• Administer ServiceNow development, test, UAT and production environments
• Troubleshoot production incidents across workflows, integrations and platform configuration
• Plan and support releases, upgrades, patches and deployments
• Develop and execute Automated Test Framework test cases and suites
• Monitor platform health, integrations, scheduled jobs, logs and performance
• Support integrations, authentication and enterprise platform operations
