Senior Analyst, Fund Accounting (Pune & Bangalore) - Multiple positions

Northern Trust provides wealth management, asset servicing, asset management and banking services. You will reconcile and review fund accounts, oversee controls and reporting, and help improve processes and train team members.

• Reconcile complex fund accounts and resolve daily exceptions
• Review and sign off on other team members’ NAV files
• Perform quality checks on information from supporting functions
• Maintain fund procedures and ensure compliance with controls
• Identify process improvements and report operational issues
• Assist with training and coaching new team members
