About the role
Northern Trust provides wealth management, asset servicing, asset management and banking services. You will lead engineering and technical delivery for its ServiceNow IT Asset Management product, including CMDB, asset management, integrations and platform support.
What you'll do
- Own technical delivery across CMDB, HAM, SAM and APM
- Lead CMDB engineering, discovery and Service Graph Connector implementations
- Lead hardware and software asset management capabilities, including Flexera integration
- Design and govern enterprise integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub
- Lead engineers and oversee production support, upgrades and platform modernization
