About the role
Sphera provides enterprise software and services for environmental, health, safety and sustainability management. You will write technical documentation and build AI-supported workflows to draft, review and publish it more efficiently.
What you'll do
- Write and maintain user guides, help articles, release notes and process documents
- Configure AI tools and workflows in Azure DevOps and related platforms
- Create prompts and agent instructions for first-draft documentation
- Review AI-generated content for accuracy, completeness and consistency
- Build docs-as-code workflows and introduce context-sensitive help
- Measure AI time savings and report results
