Senior Strategic Operations Analyst, Marketing

Sphera provides enterprise software and services for environmental, health, safety and sustainability management. This analyst will maintain marketing reports and dashboards, support lead data hygiene, and improve recurring reporting workflows.

• Produce weekly pipeline reporting for marketing leadership
• Refresh monthly CMO dashboards and leadership reports
• Build campaign dashboards for digital, ABM and event programs
• Manage daily Power BI dashboard refreshes
• Enrich lead data and follow up on leads stuck in NEW status
• Improve recurring reporting workflows and standardization
