Senior Analyst

• Investigate and resolve incoming and outgoing wire and ACH transaction queries
• Perform quality checks on completed work
• Identify risk-prone areas and strengthen controls
• Monitor team mailboxes and ensure messages are actioned
• Support process streamlining, automation and productivity improvements
• Participate in partner training and annual audit requirements
