What you'll do

Administer LMS courses, sessions, enrolments, attendance, and issue resolution
Monitor and reconcile e-learning completion data and escalate delinquencies
Scope training audiences with branch representatives and regional teams
Coordinate instructor-led training schedules, tracking, and documentation
Prepare monthly management information and validate training data
Support audit requests with training data submissions
