About the role
MUFG is a global financial group whose Product Control function supports front and middle office teams with profit and loss, risk and valuation oversight. The Vice President will manage staff and oversee reporting, valuations, reconciliations, controls and process improvements.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage team staff, including recruitment and development
- Oversee profit and loss reporting, attribution and revenue commentary
- Review reserve requirements and valuation adjustment methodologies
- Oversee balance sheet and trade population reconciliations
- Monitor manual adjustments and resolve aged items and root causes
- Lead projects and system enhancements while maintaining regulatory and accounting compliance
