Senior Associate - Project Management

Eurofins Advinus provides preclinical research and development and CDMO services for pharmaceutical and related industries. This person will manage client-sponsored projects from initiation through closure, coordinating resources, timelines, budgets, risks, and regulatory requirements.

• Update project records, share cost documents, and conduct internal kick-offs
• Prepare project charters, risk registers, Gantt charts, and communication plans
• Coordinate raw material procurement and monitor project timelines
• Track scope, schedule, and costs while managing risks and change requests
• Submit closure reports, capture lessons learned, and obtain sponsor acknowledgment
