About the role
APEXX provides an enterprise payment orchestration platform connecting merchants with acquirers, alternative payment methods and BNPL providers. This engineer will build and operate backend payment flows, routing, integrations and platform reliability systems.
What you'll do
- Own payment flows from design through production
- Evolve routing, recovery and outage failover logic
- Build and maintain acquirer, APM and BNPL connectors
- Design payment systems for correctness under failure
- Join on-call, define SLOs and lead incident reviews
- Improve CI/CD, AWS services and engineering practices
