About the role
APEXX provides a global payment orchestration platform connecting merchants to payment providers and financial services. The Engineering Manager will lead engineers building customer-facing capabilities and secure, scalable third-party integrations.
What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers
- Guide architecture for integrations, portals, dashboards, and routing systems
- Oversee integration planning, development, testing, deployment, and production support
- Partner with Product, Compliance, and Business on integration roadmaps
- Lead incident response, postmortems, and engineering process improvements
