About the role
APEXX provides enterprise merchants with a payment orchestration platform connecting them to payment providers and routing transactions. The Engineering Operations Lead will improve engineering workflows, delivery governance, platform administration and productivity across Product and Technology.
What you'll do
- Administer Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management
- Standardise workflows across Engineering, Product, Platform and QA
- Build integrations and automation across engineering tools
- Develop reporting on DORA metrics and delivery performance
- Coordinate release readiness, milestones, dependencies and risks
- Support CTO priorities and prepare executive and board reporting
