About the role
Rubrik provides data protection, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI security products. This analyst will manage NPI and CPQ operations, improve quote-to-cash processes, and coordinate product launches and enhancements.
What you'll do
- Manage the NPI Operations ticket queue, dashboards, and SLA follow-ups
- Deliver NPI releases, bug fixes, and CPQ enhancements
- Maintain product master data and SKU configuration across PDM and CPQ
- Analyze quote-to-cash processes and downstream impacts
- Coordinate requirements, testing, training, and launch activities
- Mentor junior analysts on CPQ and NPI practices
