Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner

• Collect and challenge requirements for business process digitalization
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Coordinate business stakeholders and IT development teams
• Document best practices and train administrators and key users
• Provide level 2 deployment and level 3 operational support
• Audit tool usage and review process implementation
