About the role
TransUnion's FinOps team helps manage cloud, AI, and infrastructure costs through reporting, planning, and governance. The consultant will analyze utilization and spending, manage optimization opportunities, and develop reporting and governance standards.
What you'll do
- Own reporting for cloud, AI, and on-prem infrastructure spend
- Analyze demand signals, utilization trends, and capacity projections
- Manage cost optimization opportunities through Finance-validated realization
- Build FinOps governance processes, playbooks, and reporting standards
- Enable embedded FinOps leaders with training, benchmarks, and data packages
- Partner with engineering, finance, and business teams on cost decisions
