About the role

Mico builds a conversational platform that helps brands communicate with customers across messaging, voice and web channels. You will analyze and safely reshape production data models, improve database performance, and build governance and lineage tooling.

What you'll do

Analyze entity design and access patterns across TiDB and Aurora
Build data governance tooling, lineage diagrams, runbooks and ADRs
Reduce TiDB load through retention-based deletion and event transformation
Offload heavy aggregation to Snowflake and return results to Aurora
Measure database and system improvements with benchmarks and profiles
Partner with business and product teams to implement safe data migrations
