About the role
Mico builds conversational technology for brands across messaging, voice and web, serving companies in regulated industries. You will build security automation and secure the company's applications, AI agents and sensitive data.
What you'll do
- Build and operate security agents with tool integrations
- Threat-model high-risk features and own security scanning in CI
- Assess product vulnerabilities through code review and penetration testing
- Red-team AI agents and implement guardrails and regression gates
- Enforce data classification, masking, least-privilege access and tokenization
- Provide technical evidence for audits and develop security champions
